Welcome to Mukafaati, the exclusive loyalty program by Deraah, designed to enhance your shopping experience by offering rewards and exclusive benefits. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

• The program is available to individuals aged 18 and above with a registered Saudi mobile number.

3. How do I sign up?

• Enrollment in Mukafaati is automatic upon making a purchase using your registered Saudi mobile number, create a new account in the online store, or log in.

4. How do I earn points?

• Members earn 1 point for every 1 SAR spent on eligible purchases at Deraah (for the basic tier).
• Points are earned on the actual amount paid, excluding any portion covered by redeemed points.
• Deraah reserves the right to adjust points in case of returns or cancellations.

5. What happens to my points if I request a refund?

• If you return an order, any points earned on the amount paid (excluding points used) will be deducted from your balance.
• Any points used to pay for the refunded order will be restored to your account.

6. How do I redeem points?

• Points can be used to partially or fully pay for an order or to get any other offers determined by Deraah.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

7. What are pending points?

• Pending points are earned points that are not yet available for redemption.
• These points become active 14 days after the order date.

8. When do points expire?

• Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned.
• Expired points cannot be reinstated or redeemed.

9. How do I check my points balance?

• Members can check their points balance through the Deraah website by clicking on the Mukafaati side widget.

10. Tiers

• The Mukafaati Loyalty Program offers three tiers: Basic, Gold, and Platinum, with cashback percentages of 1%, 2%, and 3%, respectively.
• Basic tier members earn 1 point for every 1 SAR spent.
• Gold tier members earn 2 points for every 1 SAR spent.
• Platinum tier members earn 3 points for every 1 SAR spent.
• Members can check their current tier and benefits via the Mukafaati side widget on the Deraah website.
• Tiers are based on total spending within a 12-month period.
• Members can move up to higher tiers by meeting the required spending thresholds.
• Tier status is reviewed 12 months after reaching a tier to determine if the spending requirement is maintained or if a downgrade is necessary.
• Tier benefits and qualification criteria are subject to change.

11. Program Restrictions

• The company may set limits on the number of points that can be earned or redeemed per transaction.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

12. Termination & Expiry

• The company may terminate an account in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

13. Program Changes & Termination

• Deraah reserves the right to modify or terminate the Mukafaati loyalty program at any time.
• Any changes will be communicated via email, SMS, or the website.

14. Limitation of Liability

• Deraah is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Mukafaati program.

15. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
